Am so disappointed that I have to give this insurance company any stars at all. I purchased a new home as a result the insurance company came out for an inspection which is normal and i have no complaints about that. After the inspection i was asked if i had move in which I did and was asked to write a letter confirming that I moved in which I also didI was also asked to send proof that the repairs the insurance company requested was complated which I also did. The insirance company sent me a letter stating that the repairs must be completed by a certain date to prevent cancelation, again this was not an issue because I already had contractors working on some other repairs so the repairs that they requested was completed and the proof was sent to my agent Paul Jr. However my policy was canceled as a result I spoke with the home owners insurance company directly because I could not get a straight answer from Paul Jr. The insurance company told me that they nevre receved my documentation so they were not going to reinstate my policy. I told them i can send them proof and they said the proof had to come from my agent Paul Jr. who told them I explained that I could send them proof that I sent the information to Paul Jr. prior to the cancelation date and they said that i had to have my agent rewite the policy at this point because it could not be reinstated. Am so pissed there is no way am going to have him redue my policy I rather go with another company because I cannot trust him. He falied to take care of my paperwork from the beginning now I have to search for a new policy this is just horrible. People don't trust Paul Jr. take you business elsewhere it will be less of a headache.
