horrible experience. I'm four months in to having least a new vehicle using lighthouse insurance as a broker and I am still trying to get my insurance squared away it has gone up in price twice because of the negligence of the office in Patchogue. first something was written wrong and the price had to go up because of false information. Second I've been getting phone calls from a debt collector from my prior insurance company because lighthouse failed to confirm that my old insurance was canceled and now my prior insurance companies trying to get money from me for three months. and now my new company is threatening to cancel my insurance because of information that was not provided on proof of insurance of others in the household. I recommend finding somewhere else to go if you do not want to have 3 to 4 to 5 months worth of headaches when you think your insurance is all squared away. i'm still trying to figure out what I'm paying them for
