my family recently used Marta at Rogers Travel Agency to book a family vacation, the trip planning with her started over a year ago so you would think everything should be perfect and there would be no issues, but guess what? this trip was a planning DISASTER! after being told we had a king room she actually booked us a room where we had to sleep on 2 separate beds that were each smaller than a twin, we were promised rooms in the same complex (we traveled with multiple family members and needed 4 rooms in total) no one was in the same building, Marta was contacted about this issue while we were there and said she would take care of it, and by "taking care of it" she meant switching my husband, myself, and our 5 month old son to a SECOND FLOOR room (we were all promised ground floor rooms as everyone we were traveling with had children) and after all the calls back and forth she was only able to switch 3/4 of the rooms to the same complex (still opposite sides though) even though she advised us prior to the trip we would be in neighboring rooms on the ground level. And I can't forget to mention at one point Marta tried to blame the one traveler for her booking errors with their room stating "you should have researched this resort yourself" COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL I could have booked this trip on Expedia and saved my entire family all the stress and aggravation that Marta had caused us while we were on vacation. my suggestion after dealing with them for the past year: DO NOT USE MARTA or Rogers as your travel agent!!!!!
