A quick ride across the great south bay. Would be nice if they served soft pretzels or pizza in a cup on the boat.
The crew was proficient and fast. Both times we left the dock almost exactly at the time they advertise. The only reason we left a few minutes after we where supposed to was because a few late-comers that the crew was nice enough to wait for. Prices are not bad. $17 round trip for an adult.
Best way to get to Davis Park if you don't have access to a private boat!
Easy ride to the Hotspot Davis. There is a shop, casino bar and restaurant. A great place to get lost for a while with the one you love. Or watch the fireworks from the 4th.
Took ferry over to Fire Island on July 4 th. Despite the large crowd, service was great and ferry left on time. Parking was full though I imagine it was due to the holiday.
