I have never used storage before. Jodi was pleasant and very friendly and made the whole process stress-free. The unit was very clean and I feel confident my stuff will be safe. I will definitely recommend Cube Smart.
Staff is very helpful but the place needs a serious cleaning
I was very pleased with Cube Smart Storage. The units (on the first floor, didn't go upstairs) were pretty cool even on the 80+ weather days. I think they said they had dehumidifiers and all of the entrances have seals to keep the heat out. Prices were similar to other places, but were cheaper than those that said they were on air conditioning. Service was excellent, the two women who were there were very nice and informative, and provided bottled water both on the booking day and the move in day. Would recommend it and use it again.
Ms. Comanzo was helpful and professional. The individual attention I was received was outstanding! The facility is clean, well organized and provides a safe atmosphere. I would recommend CubeSmart to anyone - whether you are looking for short term or long term accommodations.
