Buyer beware. They want your money but their products and customer service are horrible. Shop somewhere else. With all of these bad reviews, they won't be around much longer.
If you are in the market to buy fine furniture, please visit Stanley's Furniture in Patchogue,N.Y. My recent experience will reveal why. After choosing fabric and purchasing a recliner at Stanley's I waited the usual 8 weeks to receive it. I was unfortunately very disappointed when it arrived. While beautiful, it was not as comfortable as I hoped it would be. You see, this model was not in the showroom, so I could not sit in it. As I have a bad neck , I knew this chair would not work. Devastated and worried, I contacted Stanley's and was prompted to go to the store to discuss my problem. Within a minute, I realized I had no problem. I was told I could exchange my recliner for a different one. No questions asked, no pressure. What a pleasant surprised!! Especially considering the fact my chair had custom fabric. Both Stanley and Robert my salesperson were most accommodating . Robert worked with me in the most pleasant , friendly , and professional manner. I was allowed all the time I needed to find a recliner that best suited my needs. I am pleased to say my new recliner is perfect. I couldn't be happier. Working with this company made shopping at Stanley's a pleasure. They truly care about pleasing their customers. I can attest to that!
Worst company I've ever delt with. When your spending your money they can't help you enough or be nicer but when your unhappy they are rude and avoid your calls and then when you finely get someone they speak over you. They don't even deserve one star. Stanley and his staff are a disgrace.

I've gotten couches, chairs and coffee tables here. They are willing to meet and beat big furniture stores if you bring them prices. They have good customer service and a nice selection of customizable options.
Would not wish this company on my worst enemy. Found what I wanted online. Manufacturer has Stanley's listed as a dealer. Ordered the desk from Stanley's, paying 10% MORE than online, because I wanted a local business, BIG MISTAKE!! More then a month later I called to find out the status of my order. I was told that they were very busy and I needed to call them back later. I called them back the following Monday and was told that I should call the delivery people myself to check if had arrived and set up delivery. I did only to be called two days later by Stanley's and told there was a mistake. A week later I received a call saying that they could be right over if I had the cash on hand for the final payment. No warning, no check on my availability. I was grudgingly given a date the following week. They show up with no further call or confirmation only to tell me that the draws are broken but they will deliver anyway. REALLY!! I would not accept the damaged item. I was refused my deposit back. I was told to accept a repaired item at full price or lose my deposit.
