Recently Purchased a LG washer from Claudio sales manager, was a very pleasant experience, i had my concerns after doing my research a reading all the reviews online, they put my concerns at ease and were up to date on the latest products and features while staying in my budget. I've ordered from PC Richard before, and deal with Craig at this location. He's always relentlessly making sure the order is exactly what I wanted and that everything is good with what I bought. I had an order today with a slight snag in the delivery. Craig was on his day off but took his own time to make sure everything was resolved. Alex (manager) stepped in as well to get things straightened out in short order, and make sure the install happened. Funny thing is that I was telling both Alex and Craig that the issue was not their fault, but they would hear none of it and were focused on making things right for me. My friend referred me to Craig when I was looking for a TV and now I see why. These guys beat the 'big box' stores hands down!
Amazing Team, Great Prices. Management really works well with you and ensures you get the best deal around. Claudio really helped us set up our home with all appliances. When other retailers were at $5000 and up, he competed and got us the best deal. In addition, also gave us the opportunity for 0% financing and energy rebates for our new home. The store manager Claudio is awesome. He is patient to answer all questions/ concerns you have about any appliance. The customer service is excellent. Most recent experience is that we purchase a 70” TV, did a power test before we brought it home.As soon we got home and turn on TV, We found the LCD plate underneath the screen was crack for somehow. We call the store mananger Claudio, he order a new TV to replace it right away without any further questions. Five stars :)
Absolutely amazing management and store. My new kitchen appliances are so beautiful, and Sal & Phil walked me through the whole thing, from choosing the perfect appliances to getting them delivered. Unbeatable prices and top quality products. Delivery was perfect - they even had to remove my doors to get the range in, but it took them no time at all. I live in Garden City, but this is THE place for all appliances. I'm getting a fridge from them next.
