Do not rent from this place! Every single one of the employees here, including the manager Tim, are incompetent and incapable of doing their jobs. I am still trying to have a billing issue taken care of and whenever I call I get someone who is either a) not in the office and "will call me back," or b) not a manager and will have the manager "call me back." This has been going on for almost 4 weeks and no one EVER CALLS ME BACK.. Save yourself a headache and rent from Enterprise.

Staff at this HERTZ couldn't find the way out of a wet paper bag. I was billed for and insurance claim apx 3 weeks after car was turned in and according to the staff denied. The funny thing is my insurance company never received the notice. Spoke with both "assistant manager" and "manager" about issues, neither seemed to have a clue in the customer service department.
