Avoid !!!!! When it comes to buying they are like every other dealer, quick to take your money. Once they get it they don't give a s**t about you. We were promised they would buff out the cloudy headlights and detail the car before we picked it up. Daughters first car so we wanted to make it special. The delivery of the Vechile was far from special. Salesmen had another buyer on the hook when we showed up for our appointment to pick up the car. He was rushed and doing his best to get us out. Car pulled around and it wasn't detailed and the headlights were not buffed out. He told us to come back to get it done. Not happy! I don't have time to keep coming back. When we got home we realized he never gave us he manual or the spare key. Back to the dealer.... but oh no they lost the spare key. Told to come Friday at 10am for the key. Apparently the key guy only comes Friday's at 10am. Really convenient! Haha I told the salesman I'd take off from work and be here at 10am and wanted the headlights done at the same time.
Upon arriving Friday at 10am I went to the sales manager that I was told to see. I was told that the key guy wasn't here yet and yeah yeah yeah we have a detail dept that can do the headlights. Very dismissive all the while practicing his golf swing. After waiting an hour I approached the sales manager and asked how much longer. He shrugged his shoulders and said "I don't know you'll just have to wait ". You napoleon complex little nothing! You need to learn how to speak to people. Just as I was about to leave the key guy showed up. After waiting an additional 45 min I was told they couldn't make a key because he didn't have the software. The manager told me they would come to my house later in the week to make me a copy. Well you guessed it they were a no call
Came here on Sunday and speny almost hout and a half to start paperwork so I would not be wasting my whole day Monday here. So much for getting ahead, salesperson called early Monday to see if we could be here earlier than scheduled appt. Thought that might be a good thing, got there at 10:30, still sitting here at 12:15 waiting for finance guy (been sitting waiting for finance guy since 11am) salesperson comes with excuses about how its other dept fault. Finally after 3+ hours here and 1.5 hours yesterday the process is complete. Almost 5 hours between two days to turn in a lease and get another lease of the same car. NEVER AGAIN!!,Nissan 112 has now lost any future business with me.
Horrible service. If I could rate 0 stars, I would! If I could rate this place ZERO STARS, I would. The people that work here and beyond unprofessional and extremely rude. I turned in my car, I called to simply ask to turn off my reoccurring payments, so the lady picks up, i tell her how she can assist me and she transfer me immediately, I got a voicemail instantly. I call back, she picks up and hangs up. So I call back again and get transferred to a sales representative who sarcastically goes: "when did you make all your payments, then isn't it obvious that you won't get charged." I said that's not confirmation that my bank statement isn't going to get charged from a reoccurring payment that's set up. So I asked to speak to a manager and he said well you won't get charged but you will be getting charged for a disposition fee since you are not getting another nissan. This place has been nothing but a problem since I leased from them.
Service department nightmare. No one communicates. The technicans clearly do not know what theyre doing, as they were unable to diagnose transmission issues after bringing my car in 2x for the same issues. I would be mid turn in the middle of the road with my 17 month old in the car and push the gas pedal and go no where. They told me the reason my car was making noises was because something flew up and was stuck under my car, but "they got it out". When I picked up my car it was still driving weird and making sounds and the guy told me "it will go away soon"....needless to say it never did and shortly after that I ended up stranded when my car would not shift out of park into drive or reverse. After waiting 2 days and following up myself, because why would anyone call me to give me an update right?, they told me my transmission went. On a brand new car 2016 rogue. I was finally approved for a rental from Nissan corporate after not having my car for 4 days and went in to get a rental and they told me they needed to put a hold on my credit card for incidentals and would not allow a debit card. They then came back with a receipt, which I informed them you just CHARGED me, you did not put a hold on it. It's been about 10 days now and I have not been reimbursed and because of my experience with them I know this is going to be another battle. Do yourself a favor and either do not get a Nissan or drive to Atlantic Nissan. I leased from them once and never had an issue.
We have purchase cars here before and i would have to say this last experience has been by far the worst in my life. My mom purchased a car and so did I and we have had nothing but a nighmareish experience and it’s still haunting us now almost a year later. When it is to take your money and talk you into things they have all the means of communication but when it is to correct a Huge issue they caused we get no response from any manager or general manger or anyone. They were supposed to transfer plates from my moms trade in to the new vehicle and on all paperwork all was correct but at DMV the messed up the paperwork. So they placed new plates on the car and never notified us of any change or to go pick up the new plates. Took car in for service 4-5 times and they never said a word. Well eventually we got pulled over and had this braught to our attention and we callef them right away and the were at my house to place the new plates on within the hour. Was emailing back and further with Raquel and nothing got resolved to get the tickets cleared that we got due to their error. I had to miss 3 days of work to be at DMV and have them pull the paperwork to see who’s mistake it was and get proff to take to court. They did nothing, went to court and of course they still require one ticket to be paid have call 6 times to speak with Raquel or the General Manager and no one ever calls me back. I have files a complaint with NY State and just can say be careful this place only wants to sell but sucks at customer service.
